Kolbe Sash Replacement Kit
Kit components are made to fit your windows and can be installed in minutes. Energy efficient sash, spring loaded counter balances and easy-sliding PVC jambliners are included. Both sash open for ventilation and tilt in or may be removed for cleaning. And, like all Kolbe & Kolbe double hungs, your replacement sash may be made in a cottage or reverse-cottage style, so they blend well with the existing architectural features of your project. Technically speaking the kit includes:

• Top and bottom sash (sash thickness & glass match either the Traditional or Royal Double Hung (Double Hung Replacement Sash may be ordered as either Traditional Double Hung units or Royal Double Hung units in most cases. Also, may be ordered as commercial-grade Magnum Series units.)
• Right and left beige jambliners (or optional white)
• Wood parting stop
• Vinyl parting stop
• Two vinyl sash stops
• Foam pads
• Screws
• Tacks
