Preassembled Curved and Straight Stair Systems The preassembled staircase has long been considered the most efficient method of stair building whether it is a simple residential straight stair, an elaborate curved stair or stairs for large commercial and production projects. Its advantages of fast, accurate installation and job site labor savings are well known. Cleary Millwork's Cooper stairs combine additional enhancements, adding still more advantages over site-built stairs and exceeding the quality expectations of the most discerning craftsman.

Starting with the finest kiln dried lumber and components available, we use a unique combination of old world joinery, computers, production equipment and years of hands on craftsmanship to create strong, beautiful, cost effective staircases. Well known throughout New England for designing and producing the finest quality custom circular staircases, Cleary Millwork's Cooper Stairworks offers both custom and standard curved staircases. Available in your choice of custom or stock pre-fitted rail systems, our Standard Curves limit the labor required to build the stair by allowing us to standardize many procedures and thereby reducing the cost. The final result is a first impression of uncompromising quality.

Our Custom Curved staircases are available in an infinite array of curves and layouts. Each is custom designed to your specifications using our unique computer assisted design and manufacturing processes. We provide our skilled personnel to take field measurements and will work in coordination with your framing carpenter. If desired, we can also offer complete installation.

Cooper Pre-Fit Rail Systems combined with our pre-assembled stairs allow you to realize the greatest cost efficiencies. No more questions as to the correct parts to use, where to get them or how they go together. Simply select any stock or custom style with the guidance of our stair experts. Our professional stair builders will configure the correct parts and pre fit your stair while it's in our shop

Post is notched for exact loacation and height.	Stair is notched for post and treads are drilled for balusters.	One end of rail is precut for quick field installation with post to post rails sytems. Opposite end is cut to fit in field.	Rake rails on stair are drilled for easy baluster insertion up tinot rail and down into tread.
