Down to the smallest detail, our doors are constructed with the finest materials and soundest, most time-tested processes. Our stave core construction, while the most time consuming method, provides the strongest warp resistant stiles and rails. We use only 1/4" veneers, greatly surpassing industry standards. Assuring that Cleary Millwork Captiva doors remain straight and true far into the future, we utilize tight fitting Mortise and Tenon joinery providing a fit that dowels just can't match.
